Cutters Bayhouse - Great Seattle Location

Cutters Bayhouse became known to me when we had a business lunch in December and the combination of location, view and seafood are hard to beat.

Situated on Western Avenue just about a block north of Pike Place Market, a small grassy park (Victor Steinbrueck Park) is all that stands between the market and an outstanding meal at Cutters. Across the street neighbors include Tom Douglas' Etta's and the Seattle Athletic Club. Since the location is on a hilltop overlooking the Seattle Waterfront the view is a panorama of Elliott Bay and beyond.
The seafood all looked great (my second choice was cioppino), but since I had only one choice I went with the Salmon BLT. That's right, BLT with a very nicely prepared piece of salmon as the star of the dish. Extra points from me for originality and it was outstanding served on foccacia.

If you find yourself at the market in seek of a great experience this is one option that I highly recommend.
